Please continue to read the rest of the description but in all honesty this is EASILY AND WITHOUT DOUBT THE SINGLE VERY BEST TURBO DIESEL 4x4 I HAVE EVER SOLD!! | To say this car is quick for its size is an understatement, put your foot down and you’re away! | The excellent Quadra-Drive II Auto / Tip-Tronic gearbox is just and amazing the engine really is very responsive indeed….it really just all comes together to be ‘just brilliant’!! | Please continue to read my detailed description of the car and its drive. If you like your ‘news in brief’ however here is a quick summary; | 1. Apart from a couple of tiny marks from wear and tear the exterior of this car is in ‘EXCELLENT CONDITION’ | 2. The Interior of the car is actually in ‘AMAZING’ Condition and really has to be seen to be believed!! | 3. The car DRIVES SUPERBLY WITHOUT ANY FAULT WHAT-SO-EVER! | 4. The car has a FULL SERVICE HISTORY and I have a WHOLE STACK OF SUPPORTING INVOICES!!! | 5. The Car is COMPLETELY HPI CLEAR, HAS INCREDIBLE POWER AND ALL BUTTONS, SWITCHES AND GADGETS ARE IN FULL WORKING ORDER!! | 6. The car has had ONE OWNER plus the original lease! | 7. I can think of no way that this car could be better! | If you were to buy this car and look after it properly it really could last you another 20 years EASILY!! | Here is my report from the drive of the car; | There is absolutely NO juddering of the steering wheel, No pulling to the left or right, NO funny noises from the suspension, gearbox or engine, the car drives 100% PERFECT AND WITHOUT FAULT! | There are ABSOLUTELY NO creaks, groans or other noises from the suspension. The suspension is nice and firm and really gives the car an ALMOST NEW FEELING on the road! The gear change is ULTRA smooth and positive and the gears select properly, the manual ‘tip-tronic’ sports option is working perfectly and performing without fault! The braking is first class excellent. The car does not overheat; there are no leaks of oil or any other fluid evident at all (just take a look at the photographs to see how CLEAN & DRY this car is under the bonnet!). The car Starts first time with the key and without the need to press the accelerator. On tick over the engine is both amazingly quiet and 100% smooth and does not jump around the rev range. The general feel of the car when driving is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! The Power Steering is light but positive at the same time and everything feels tight and nothing lets on the age of the car. I can assure you (as it is a ‘bug bear’ of mine) that there are ABSOLUTELY NO creaks and rattles from the fixtures and fittings at all. There are no warning lights on the dashboard. | Put simply there is NO FAULT AT ALL WITH THE WAY THIS CAR DRIVES! | As stated the car has a FULL SERVICE HISTORY and I have invoices to back it all up. The car is finished in gorgeous ‘GRENADINE BLUE’ MET PAINT The paintwork, as you can see from the pictures, is EXCEPTIONALLY BRIGHT and has not faded. The colour REALLY IS FANTASTIC! You would expect that on a large 4x4 of this age/mileage there would be quite a few scuffs, scrapes dents and scratches around the place. The only things of ‘note’ are a small ‘scuff’ on the front passenger side wheel arch and a light scratch of about 6 centimetres just above the door handle on the read passenger door. You will of course find some light marks from general wear and tear such as stone chips etc but there are simply NO MAJOR DENTS, SCRATCHES, SCRAPES OR SCUFFS to be found anywhere on this car at all. Just like the interior of this amazing car, for it’s age and mileage, the exterior condition is really hard to believe!! From leaving school however I gained over 10 years motor trade experience working in Franchised Dealerships, learning the trade and how to spot a problem from afar! Using my extensive contacts I have been able to source a number of cars that have been taken in part exchange by dealers but which are too old for them to sell on their forecourts. These ‘genuine’ cars are sometimes good and sometimes not so good...but whatever the condition I promise to describe them honestly and fully to you in the advert. I take great pride in what I do and if you have a look at my feedback you will be able to see that this is the case. I would like to take a moment just to comment on the negative feedback I received just over a year ago. The ‘Gentleman’ (I use the term very loosely) who has left the feedback bought from me a SAAB 9-5 SE Automatic. The car is a 99 T Reg and had covered 228,000 Miles! It had a FULL SERVICE HISTORY and had been owned by a Doctor ALL IT’S LIFE however and was in very good order considering the £600 I sold it for! The buyer, who lives 150 Miles from me came, test drove the car and inspected it thoroughly before driving it all the way back home. Just less than a week after taking the car I received a letter (I will be more than happy to show this letter to ANYONE who comes to buy a car from me) DEMANDING immediate payment of £350 into his bank account as the car had developed an oil leak??? Now call me crazy but I don’t think a £350 payment against a car that was sold for £600 would be fair in anybody’s eyes...do you?? His letter states that if he didn’t get the money within 24 hours (oh, he wanted it quick) then he was going to leave me negative feedback!! He also went on to say that the oil had leaked on his ‘block paved’ drive and part of the charge was because he had to get his ‘drive cleaned’(Remember I will be happy to let you read it yourself!) However if you have a look at where this guy lives on Google street maps he is in a TERRACE HOUSE WITH NO BLOODY DRIVEWAY!!! (You just couldn’t make this up!!) I have contacted eBay as this is clearly ‘Feedback Extortion’ and they have removed his comments but not the ‘mark’. I do strongly disagree that eBay allow this kind of thing, especially from someone WHO HAD NO FEEDBACK THEMSELVES. | As you can see I am really passionate about providing a proper service to the best of my ability and I hope that you will take this into account when considering making a purchase from me.
